All orders shipped in Italy are delivered by UPS or TNT Global Express and require signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday within the following hours: 09am to 5.30pm.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
lincontroboutique.com dispatches worldwide. All orders are shipped by UPS or TNT Global Express from Monday to Friday. All orders require signature upon delivery. The expedition is provided by our Standard and Express service.
The shipping fees in Italy and throughout the world are listed in the following table.
ITALY: 12 € and free for orders over 150 €
CEE / UNITED KINGDOM: 20 €
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES NOT CEE: 30 €
USA AND CANADA: 30 €
REST OF THE WORLD: 40 €
The shipping cost will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process next to the product price.
According to the destination, the prices could be different. The VAT will be calculated directly in the final price on all the EU countries. The VAT is not included in the final price on all the Extra EU countries and duties with taxes will be paid directly at the customs (DPA delivery).
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1pm. Orders placed before 11 am are shipped within 2 working days after. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
When the order is processed and fulfilled, delivery times are the following:
• Italy: 2-3 working days
• Europe: 2-5 working days
• Rest of the world: 3-7 working days

INSURANCE AND PACKAGING
All parcels shipped by lincontroboutique.com are insured until the delivery to the final customer. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(I) that the number of boxes corresponds to the one indicated on the delivery note;
(II) that the packaging is intact, not damaged or modified, including the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the lack of parcel or information has to be immediately notified to the Courier. Once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, the customer can not open any claim regarding the delivery parcel.
If anomalies are detected, customer must report them as soon as possible by maintaining the packaging for the necessary checks.
As required by the international laws governing imports and exports, all orders are shipped with an official invoice or official receipt declaring the truthful total amount of the merchandise purchased.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS FOR SPECIAL LEATHER
Shipments outside the European Community of items made of special leather, require an additional document for export called CITES (Convention on International Trade in species of wild fauna and flora threatened with extinction). Further information could be found at: www.cites.org. The documents are granted by the "Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom" and require 14 days to be processed. Because of the processing time, the shipment may be delayed.
You can decide to return any item purchased on lincontroboutique.com within 14 days from the delivery date, by sending an email at [email protected] The merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use, it must have all the original labels and also the warranty seal. The warranty seal and the warranty seal tag must be intact and must not be cut or broken. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not present signs of wear or marks of any type. All footwear and accessories must be returned complete with their original box.The return will be processed within 3 working days from the delivery date to our warehouse; the refund is provided after the quality control and will be communicated though our e-mail: [email protected] . The refund timing depends on the type of payment. From the amount of the refund could be deducted any costs lincontroboutique.com has sustained to receive the return parcel, such as customs, shipping costs, etc. that were not paid by the Customer as shipper of the return parcel. lincontroboutique.com recommends to all customers to return with our insured UPS service. Is possible to use an external courier in the full knowledge that the shipment will be only responsibility of the final customer.
Delivery costs are in charge of lincontroboutique.com if you use the UPS service. If you want to return a purchase using our UPS service a shipping contribution is required and it will be deducted from the final refund depending on your geographic area.
